Accepted Payment Methods
We support the following secure international payment options:
1. Bank Wire Transfer (SWIFT)
• Standard for large transactions; globally secure and widely used.
• Processing time: 3–5 business days (both parties may incur fees).
• Ideal for high-value B2B orders.
2. PayPal Business
• Fast, secure, and trusted worldwide with buyer/seller protection.
• Recommended for newer buyers and small-volume orders.
• Transaction fees may apply; funds can occasionally be held.
3. Credit/Debit Cards (via Stripe, Square, etc.)
• Convenient and fast for global buyers.
• Suitable for small to mid-sized transactions.
• Processed through secure gateways.
4. Trade Finance (Letter of Credit - LC)
• Secure option for large bulk orders.
• Facilitates international trade via financial intermediaries.

5. Wise (formerly TransferWise)
• Efficient for recurring or mid-size payments.
• Low fees and real exchange rates.
• Availability varies by country.
6. Western Union / MoneyGram
• Suitable for regions with limited banking infrastructure.
• Fast processing but generally not used for large transactions.
• Use with caution for higher-value orders.
Advance Payment Policy
To initiate production and secure your order placement, we require an advance payment:
• Standard Wholesale Orders:
• 60% upfront payment upon confirmation of the order.
• 40% balance is due upon completion and before shipment, alongside the official Shipping Invoice.
• Large-Volume Wholesale Orders:
• We offer flexible terms including:
• 30% advance payment upon order confirmation.
• Remaining 70% balance due upon production completion and prior to shipping.
• Alternatively, payment via Letter of Credit (LC) is available upon agreement.
Shipping and Delivery
• Shipping is arranged upon receipt of full payment and issuance of a Shipping Invoice.
• Our logistics team will provide ongoing support and tracking updates until the order is successfully delivered.
• All deliveries are coordinated through our trusted fulfilment network and logistics partners.

1. CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight)
What It Means:
Under the CIF shipping method, LML Clothing will handle the costs and arrangements for shipping your goods to the designated port in your country. This includes:
• Freight charges
• Marine insurance
• Export documentation
• Delivery to the destination port
What You’re Responsible For:
Once the goods arrive at the destination port, you (the buyer) are responsible for:
• Unloading
• Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance
• Inland transportation from the port to your final location
Best For:
Buyers who prefer a hands-off approach to international shipping or are unfamiliar with overseas logistics.
2. FOB (Free On Board)
What It Means:
With the FOB shipping method, LML Clothing will cover the costs and responsibilities of delivering the goods to the port of shipment and loading them onto the shipping vessel. After the goods are onboard, all responsibility transfers to the buyer.
What You’re Responsible For:
• Freight costs from the port of shipment to the final destination
• Insurance (optional but recommended)
• Customs clearance and import duties
• Inland delivery arrangements in your country
Best For:
Buyers who have established logistics partners or prefer to control the shipping process directly from the port of origin.
How to Select Your Shipping Option
When placing your wholesale order with LML Clothing, please specify your preferred shipping method (CIF or FOB) at the time of checkout or during correspondence with your account manager.
